A recent group call in support of Vice President Kamala Harris’s potential presidential run was rumored to include several noteworthy NFL quarterbacks, including Cincinnati Bengals star Joe Burrow.
However, while there may have been celebrities on the call, Burrow was not among them.
According to Awful Announcing, the Bengals confirmed that Burrow did not participate in the “White Dudes for Kamala” group call. Despite this confirmation, the rumor spread rapidly.
The speculation appeared to originate from the X account @harris_wins, which claimed that Burrow would be supporting Harris and had joined the call. Although the account’s assertion suggested Burrow’s support for Harris, there was no tangible evidence indicating his participation in the call.

Nonetheless, the rumor continued to circulate, capturing the attention of many and spreading throughout the night. It may take some time for the confirmation of Burrow’s absence from the call to be widely accepted.
Joe Burrow has previously interacted with political figures such as former President Donald Trump. In 2020, after leading LSU to a national title, he and his team visited the White House. More recently, Burrow was photographed with Trump at a UFC event.
Whether Burrow has decided on his political support for the 2024 election remains unclear, as he has not publicly disclosed his voting preferences or any potential financial contributions. For now, Burrow seems to be keeping his political affiliations private.
