The NFL is making its grand return tonight in Kansas City, with the defending Super Bowl champions facing off against the Detroit Lions. Nobody is more thrilled about the return of football than Chiefs Heiress Gracie Hunt.
The offseason was undoubtedly enjoyable for the Chiefs heiress, but there’s an unparalleled excitement that comes with the NFL season. Gracie initiated the festivities with a special “Red Wednesday” since the Chiefs’ season opener falls on a Thursday this year.
While the first official “Red Wednesday” didn’t feature anything overly extravagant, you can expect the excitement to escalate as the season kicks into high gear. Gracie started by providing some insight into the cherished Kansas City tradition and the positive impact it has had through the sale of red flags.
“Red Friday is a cherished Kansas City tradition—a time when the community unites to rally behind the Chiefs while also giving back to and supporting local families in need. Over the past nine years, the sale of Red Friday flags has raised over $4.5 million to aid RMHC-KC in its ongoing mission to provide support to families during times of illness and hardship,” Gracie explained.
“This year, it’s RED WEDNESDAY since we kick off the NFL season at home against the Lions on Thursday Night!”
A fantastic way to kick off the season. However, on Thursday morning, Gracie found it a bit more challenging to contain her excitement. She returned to Instagram sporting her Chiefs bikini along with a crop-top jersey.
She enthusiastically announced, “Today’s the day! It’s felt like a drought without football. Who’s ready for the regular season?”
The Chiefs are entering the regular season after a Super Bowl triumph, commencing the season at home against the Lions in primetime. And on Thursday morning, you open Instagram, only to be greeted by Gracie Hunt in a bikini.
Additionally, you have Patrick Mahomes as your quarterback. As someone who lacks all those thrilling prospects, I can barely contain my enthusiasm for the start of the season.
Being a Kansas City Chiefs fan must be an absolute blast right now. You’re winning consistently, the future looks bright, and your organization is in capable hands for the years ahead.
Of course, you may have to endure Brittany and Jackson Mahomes, but the positives far outweigh any drawbacks.
