Chandler Jones appears to be handling the aftermath of his departure from the Raiders quite well. The former Las Vegas star was seen at a tattoo parlor this week, displaying a positive demeanor as he got his very first tattoo.

As reported by TMZ Sports, the 33-year-old pass rusher visited Valerie DiMaggio’s West Coast Tattoo Parlor in Las Vegas just four days after parting ways with the Raiders.
Accompanied by a woman who seemed to be his romantic interest, Jones sported a wide smile throughout his visit while working with tattoo artist Bobby Vegas to have some crosses inked on the side of his neck.
It’s worth noting that Jones appeared to be “super friendly” and “super happy” during his time at the shop, a contrast to his emotional breakdown on a live stream and his recent arrest for allegedly violating a protective order last week.
According to DiMaggio, Jones was “a real nice guy” during the entire process. The tattooing session lasted about 30 minutes, and upon its completion, Jones was so delighted with the result that he expressed intentions to return, possibly to get matching tattoos with the woman accompanying him.
While Jones did not discuss his future in football during this visit, it’s possible that a fresh start, both in terms of his career and his newfound ink, might be on the horizon for him.
