NFL fans are always looking to pass the buck.
The Cavinder Twins made a notable appearance at the New York Giants’ season opener against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday, capturing viral attention due to their choice of outfits.
Haley and Hanna, former standouts for the Miami Hurricanes who led their team to the Sweet 16 earlier this year, were prominent figures in the world of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) during their college careers. They decided to forgo their fifth year of eligibility to pursue careers in the WWE wrestling promotion.
Renowned for their social media influence, the twins often find themselves going viral. Over the weekend, they made a splash by attending the game at MetLife Stadium to support the G-Men against America’s Team. Despite their presence, the Giants suffered a disappointing 40-0 loss, marking one of the most impressive shutouts in recent memory.
Their outfit choices garnered significant attention online, with some fans playfully attributing the loss to them after they shared photos on Instagram.

Another jestingly commented, “Giants might as well have put you two in. At least the Cowboys might have been distracted.”
Yet another playful comment read, “This is why we lost,” hinting at the superstitions surrounding sports fans.
On a more positive note, the Cavinder Twins had the opportunity to step onto the field and even met the recent U.S. Open champion, Coco Gauff.
