Cam’ron is coming for sports journalists.
During his promotion of the “It Is What It Is” podcast, Cam’ron called out sports journalists and analysts who have criticized the success of his collaboration with Ma$e.
Cam’ron expressed gratitude towards Brandon Marshall, Kevin Garnett, Matt Barnes, Dan Le Batard, Stephen A. Smith, Gillie Da Kid, Wallo, and Gilbert Arenas.
However, he strongly addressed the rest of the individuals, stating that they shouldn’t doubt their achievements.
Cam’ron referred to himself, Murda, and Treasure ‘Stat Baby’ Wilson as the new Source and claimed that they are prepared and unafraid.
He mentioned that their slogan is “we do it like we do it for TV” and warned that they will dig up information that will irk the analysts and make them angrier.

“The rest of you bitch-ass n-ggas, I’m telling you right now: we here. We here. Y’all can make your muthafucking phone calls, you can think what I’m saying ain’t true. I’m telling you now: we the new Source. Murda, [Treasure ‘Stat Baby’ Wilson] and Killa are the new Source,” said Cam.
“Y’all n-ggas scared, y’all moving funny. We came ready. First of all, Murda made the slogan: we do it like we do it for TV. All y’all analysts and n-ggas pissed off, we gon’ make you real mad ’cause n-ggas gon’ start hitting me with the information. I’m a make sure I call my friends up. You know what time it is when it comes to basketball. We on your ass…pause…and if you mad, you gon’ get madder. F-ck you bitch-ass n-ggas.”
Cam’ron concluded by dismissing those who are upset as “bitch-ass n-ggas.”
The question posed after this statement is whether Cam’ron’s comments are going too far.
