Indiana Fever rookie Caitlin Clark was always destined to be the No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft after a legendary college career at Iowa.
While there was some debate about who would be selected second overall, many predicted it would be Cameron Brink, who was selected by the Los Angeles Sparks with that pick.
Despite both players completing four full seasons in college, Clark and Brink never faced each other on the court.
However, their first professional matchup happened Friday night, and both athletes made a stylish entrance.

Clark arrived in a short black dress paired with a Nike-branded bomber jacket and yellow and white sneakers.
Brink’s outfit was more eclectic; she described it as a “hodgepodge” and mentioned borrowing the jacket and bag from her mom, to whom she expressed her gratitude.
The much-anticipated game took place in Los Angeles, with the Sparks hosting the Indiana Fever at the Crypto.com Arena.
Late in the fourth quarter, Clark may be on her way to her first win in the WNBA as the Fever lead the Sparks currently 72-66.
Clark is nearing a triple-double in this one with 8 points, 8 assists, and 10 rebounds.
Meanwhile, Brink has 12 points, 9 rebounds, and 2 blocks on the game.
