Caleb Williams, the Bears’ new starting quarterback and the top pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, recently took a glamorous detour from his rigorous pre-season training to visit Paris with his girlfriend, Alina Thyregod.
The couple’s visit wasn’t just a leisure trip; they attended the much-anticipated Louis Vuitton Menswear Spring/Summer 2025 fashion show held at the prestigious UNESCO headquarters.
On this special occasion, Williams, freshly declared Chicago’s leading signal caller, showcased his style by wearing an army green shearling puffer jacket paired with a clean white tee, baggy black trousers, and rugged brown work boots.
He accessorized his outfit with a simple silver chain, striking a balance between casual and fashion-forward.
Accompanying him was his stunning Danish girlfriend, Alina Thyregod, who turned heads in a chic ensemble featuring a black button-up sweater and a striking purple mini skirt emblazoned with the iconic Louis Vuitton logo. She completed her look with black patent leather pumps and a matching handbag, elegantly styling her blonde hair tucked behind her ear.

Williams also took to social media to share glimpses of their Parisian adventure. He posted a collection of photographs with the caption, “Flew to Paris for some love,” which included images of Thyregod enjoying the front row at the fashion powerhouse’s showcase. The event was a gathering point for sports celebrities, with NBA standout Victor Wembanyama, Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson, and Houston Texans wide receiver Stefon Diggs among the notable attendees.
The relationship between Williams and Thyregod is a rekindled romance that dates back to their high school days, although they had parted ways for a few years. They made their public reappearance as a couple at the 2024 NFL Draft in Detroit this past April.
It was during Williams’ senior year at the University of Southern California that the couple initially sparked rumors of their relationship, which Thyregod playfully hinted at in January 2024 with a lighthearted TikTok video featuring Williams.
Williams openly shared his excitement about attending the draft with Thyregod, teasing fans with a glimpse of their coordinated outfits planned for the event. “Wait till y’all see draft day suit and my lady’s dress,” he posted on X, hinting at the bespoke nature of their outfits, “1 of 1s.”
This excursion to France came shortly after Bears coach Matt Eberflus affirmed Williams as the definitive starting quarterback, underscoring his potential and readiness to lead the team.
Williams himself expressed a mature approach to leadership, emphasizing the importance of listening and learning from veterans and coaches before taking the reins.
In the previous season at USC, Williams demonstrated his prowess on the field, passing for 3,633 yards with 30 touchdowns against only five interceptions.
Looking ahead, he is set to lead the Bears in their season opener against the Titans on September 8 in Chicago, marking the beginning of a highly anticipated chapter in his career.
