Buccaneers reporter Aileen Hnatiuk has won the hearts of fans in the Sunshine State over the past few months, and as the regular season kicks off, her popularity is poised to soar.
Working as a reporter for WFLA News Channel 8, Hnatiuk has made several viral appearances during the offseason.
One of her viral moments occurred at the close of the 2022 regular season when she shared a photo outside the Saints’ facility, amassing over 25,000 likes on Instagram.
“That’s a wrap,” Hnatiuk captioned the post.
In June, she excitedly announced her return to Tampa, saying, “I’m coming home.”
She shared her enthusiasm about joining the talented Sports Team at @wfla in Tampa as a Sports Reporter. The station she grew up watching and even hoped they would air her high school volleyball highlights. Her responsibilities include covering the Buccaneers, Lightning, Rays, Rowdies, USF, and more.
She expressed immense gratitude for this incredible opportunity.
It’s highly likely that Hnatiuk will cover the upcoming game between the Buccaneers and Vikings this Sunday, with kickoff scheduled for 1 p.m. ET at U.S. Bank Stadium.
