Don’t drink and talk about Spencer Dinwiddie being traded, boys and girls.
Brooklyn Nets reporter Erik Slater was talking about recent trade the Nets pulled off by sending point guard Spencer Dinwiddie to the Toronto Raptors on Thursday.
That’s when Slater apparently got into a car accident. Take a listen:
After the accident occurred, Slater thankfully responded “I’m OK” when asked and then stated that he had to “head out.”
The Nets made a couple of trades on Thursday just before the NBA trade deadline as they sent starting point guard Spencer Dinwiddie to the Raptors for guard Dennis Schroder.
They also sent forward Royce O’Neale to the Phoenix Suns as part of a three-team trade with the Memphis Grizzlies for forward Keita Bates-Diop, guard Jordan Goodwin, and three second-round draft picks.
