The hype around Bronny James college basketball debut is reaching a fever pitch.
USC five-star freshman guard Bronny James is expected to make his college debut on Sunday. Trojan fans appear to be excited for the occasion. USC announced Friday night that tomorrow’s game against Long Beach State has officially sold out.
USC will host the Beach at 4 p.m. ET Sunday on Pac-12 Network.
James is one of the prized recruits of USC’s 2023 class, but his introduction to the college game has been delayed due to the cardiac arrest he suffered during a July team workout.
The 6-foot-3 combo guard was recently fully cleared to practice and participate in basketball activities.

“It just puts everything in perspective,” LeBron James said of his son’s ordeal back in October. “No matter what’s going on in your life or time, the only thing that matters is your family. To see what he had to go through — or what he’s been through — over the last few months, it’s been a lot. I can only imagine how it’s been for him.”
LeBron has already said he would skip a Lakers game to see Bronny’s debut, but with the purple and gold off tomorrow, he won’t need to.
