Does Bronny James and his girlfriend Peyton Gelfuso already have a baby?
Peyton Gelfuso, who is rumored to be Bronny James’ girlfriend, was seen for the first time since James’ cardiac arrest.
She was spotted wearing a black workout top and leggings in Los Angeles, with her hair styled in a bun.

There was also a photograph of her alongside an older woman, although their relationship was unclear.
This was the first time Gelfuso had been seen since the scary incident when James suffered a cardiac episode while practicing at USC, where he will be attending in the fall. He was briefly unconscious before being taken by ambulance to Cedars-Sinai Hospital.
While not much is known about James’ relationship with Gelfuso, they caused a social media frenzy when they posed together for prom pictures in June. However there have been rumors swirling for quite some time that Peyon Gelfuso was pregnant.

Now that rumor has been kicked into overdrive. When Peyton was spotted in Los Angeles over the weekend, some eagle eyed readers noticed there was a baby seat in her car. But Peyton doesn’t have any young siblings, leading some to believe she already had a baby with Bronny.

Of course the timeline of her allegedly giving birth isn’t exactly clear.
Some believe that Bronny had been stressed due to her pregnancy and the newborn. Allegedly, she’s been pressuring Bronny for marriage but LeBron is telling Bronny no. All the stress is what caused the heart issue potentially.
Of course none of this is confirmed, but it makes total sense that a baby car seat and the weight gain would lead to heavy speculation.
