It’s better late than never!
Kansas City Chiefs superstar Patrick Mahomes has turned 28.
The two-time Super Bowl champion marked his birthday with a victory against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday. Patrick celebrated the special occasion with his wife, Brittany Mahomes, and a gathering of family and friends in Florida.
Brittany shared the festivities on her Instagram Story, captioning one post with, “We here for the BIRTHDAY GAME!” She posted a series of images from their “Sunny Sunday” celebration, showing the Mahomes clan enjoying a stadium suite and capturing a heartfelt sideline moment where she kissed her husband while fans cheered “happy birthday.”
After the game, Patrick mentioned his birthday plans, saying, “I’ll probably just hang out with the guys. It’ll be a nice flight home, luckily we’re flying back with a win, and then we’re getting right back at it.”
Brittany also took to Instagram to send her husband a birthday message. Apparently Brittany beat Patrick in a game of Knock out.

The couple’s journey started in high school, and they’ve been inseparable for over a decade, from attending prom together to celebrating two Super Bowl victories and starting a family.
Patrick and Brittany tied the knot in March 2022 in a lavish ceremony in Hawaii, following Patrick’s proposal in September 2020.

During the 2023 NFL offseason, Brittany shared moments of family togetherness, highlighting their time spent together. She expressed gratitude for the many instances of “I go to work with daddy” during the offseason and celebrated her busy but beloved family.
Brittany commended Patrick for his exceptional ability to balance his demanding career with fatherhood, emphasizing that he has successfully reordered his priorities to become an outstanding father. She told PEOPLE in July that he is “The best father ever.”
