You know when Britney is involved things are going to get weird.
A recent incident involving Britney Spears and a member of Victor Wembanyama’s security team is now being explained in more detail.
According to TMZ, Spears, her husband Sam Asghari, and two friends were dining at Catch at the Aria Hotel when Spears approached Wembanyama to request a photo.
As she tapped his shoulder, Damian Smith, the Director of Team Security for the Spurs, allegedly hit her with the back of his hand, causing her to fall to the ground.
Smith reportedly apologized to Spears at her table after the incident.
An eyewitness spoke to TMZ about what he saw during the incident.
According to the witness, Spears managed to approach Wembanyama and spoke with a British accent, saying, “Excuse me, sir… excuse me, sir.”

After touching Wembanyama’s back, the head of his security team backhanded her in the face.
While one law enforcement source claims that the security guard hit Spears’ hand, and her hand then hit her face, the eyewitness disputes this and insists that the security guard struck her directly.
Spears’ sunglasses flew off during the incident, and there was a lot of commotion, although it is unclear if she fell.
In response, Spears exclaimed, “This is f**king America!!!” as Wembanyama walked into the restaurant.
Despite filing a police report, Las Vegas police do not consider the incident a criminal matter, as they believe Smith did not intentionally mean to harm Spears.
This incident occurred shortly after Spears posted dance videos on Instagram. Spears is reportedly scheduled to meet with Las Vegas police on Thursday regarding the incident.
