Tom Brady’s romantic history took center stage during his Netflix roast, with particular focus on his well-known split from his then-pregnant ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan.
During The Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady, which aired live on Sunday, May 5, the legendary seven-time Super Bowl champion’s relationships over the years were a source of comedic fodder.
However, none delved as deeply into his love life as the remarks about his previous relationship with Moynahan.
Comedian Nikki Glaser didn’t hold back, quipping, “But seriously, Tom, you’re the best to ever play for too long. You retired, then you came back and then you retired again, I get it, it’s hard to walk away from something that’s not your pregnant girlfriend, it’s tough.”
“Hey, to be fair, he didn’t know she was pregnant, he just thought she was getting fat,” she added, delivering a final zinger on the topic.

Bridget seemingly reacted to the roast with a message of her own:
Will Ferrell, in character as Ron Burgundy from the Anchorman films, offered a more subtle joke about the former couple. “The last time this guy went truly deep, he ended up paying child support to Bridget Moynahan,” Ferrell quipped. “I wrote that myself this morning, in the airport bathroom at LaGuardia.”
In 2004, Brady, now 46, and Moynahan, 53, began dating, but their relationship ended in December 2006. A few months later, Moynahan announced her pregnancy with Brady’s child, despite him having already moved on with his now ex-wife, former supermodel Gisele Bundchen.
Their son, Jack, was born in August 2007. Despite their breakup, Brady and Moynahan have seemingly maintained a cordial relationship for the sake of their child in the years since.
