Bill Belichick, the former coach of the New England Patriots, appears to have re-entered the dating scene following his split from longtime girlfriend Linda Holliday last year, according to a recent report.
A purported eyewitness sent a snapshot to the Instagram gossip page DeuxMoi, claiming they spotted the 71-year-old NFL icon on what seemed to be a date in Boston earlier this month.
The submission stated, “Ex-Pats Head Coach Bill Belichick with unnamed brunette at Contessa in Boston,” asserting, “Clearly a date. Check his smile and her shoes.”
The photo showed the pair engaged in conversation at a table by the window. Belichick sported a blue button-down shirt with beige chinos, a navy blazer, and brown leather shoes, while the unidentified woman across from him opted for strappy gold stilettos and black trousers.

However this isn’t the first time Belichick has been spotted with a new lady. Earlier in the year the legendary coach was spotted with a much younger lady.
Reports initially surfaced of Belichick and Holliday’s separation in September last year. The legendary coach, renowned for holding the record for the most Super Bowl wins, had been dating the former TV presenter since 2007. Sources revealed they deliberated over the breakup for nearly a year before ultimately parting ways.
According to insiders, their relationship had “run its course,” and they had been leading relatively separate lives for a while. Belichick, known for his dedication to football and busy schedule, preferred to keep the matter low-key, focusing on his commitments.
After 24 seasons with the Patriots, Belichick bid farewell to the team a few months later, expressing gratitude and celebrating their collective achievements during his tenure. He had previously been married to Debby Belichick from 1977 to 2006, with whom he shares three children.
