The Philadelphia Eagles boast an almost indefensible play in their playbook.
On Sunday, the Miami Dolphins faced a 31-17 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, bringing their season record to 5-2.
During that game, as they have done throughout this year, the Philadelphia Eagles executed their signature ‘Tush Push’ play.
Philadelphia Eagles’ quarterback Jalen Hurts successfully carried out the ‘Tush Push,’ scoring a 1-yard touchdown in the second quarter of the Sunday Night Football matchup against the Miami Dolphins.

Eagles’ tight end Dallas Goedert was mic’d up for the game, and during the match, Dolphins’ defensive tackle Christian Wilkins initially objected to the Eagles running the play. However, the Eagles effortlessly executed it as usual, to which Dallas Goedert had a sharp retort.
Dallas Goedert received frequent targets from Jalen Hurts in the prime-time game against the Miami Dolphins, scoring a go-ahead touchdown early in the second quarter. This marked Goedert’s second touchdown in three weeks, following a four-game drought at the start of the season.
Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts threw for 279 yards and three touchdowns, contributing to his team’s victory over the Miami Dolphins, despite also throwing three interceptions, one of which was returned for a touchdown.
In the league, the Eagles and the Chiefs are the only two teams with six victories this year.
There is a growing sentiment that the NFL may not permit the ‘Tush Push’ play to continue into the next season.
