Kelly Stafford has joined the fray after Jersey Jerry of Barstool Sports revealed a longstanding dispute with “Entourage” actor Kevin Connolly.
Appearing on Barstool’s “Unnamed” podcast, Jerry, whose real name is Gerard Gilfone, criticized Ryan Whitney for featuring Connolly in a video, accusing Connolly of reneging on a prior content deal. Stafford, wife of Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford, reached out to Jerry via direct messages, sharing her own negative encounter with Connolly.
“You’re collaborating with a bad guy. He’s a very, very bad person. He screwed me over really badly,” Jerry informed Whitney, who inquired about the situation.
Jerry explained that he and Robby Berger, host of the “Bob Does Sports” podcast, were recruited by Connolly for his podcast network, ActionPark Media. However, after signing a $50,000 deal, Connolly allegedly fired Berger, claiming his content was subpar.
Despite attempts to contact Connolly for owed money, Jerry claimed Connolly owed him $35,000, plus $4,500 spent on legal fees in California.
Following the video’s release, Kelly Stafford messaged Jerry, revealing her experience working under Connolly at Action Park, where she claimed she received no payment despite a successful merch drop during the Super Bowl year.
Apparently that’s not the entire story, as an anonymous tip came in to Gossip account Deuxmoi, claiming the money was offered to Kelly, but she allegedly turned it down.
“She didn’t want to take the money because she thought her show was too big for them,” said the tipster who provided texts supporting her claims.
This revelation came after an anonymous tip was received by the Gossip account Deuxmoi, providing texts supporting her claims.
Connolly has yet to publicly respond to Jerry and Stafford’s allegations and did not respond to The Post’s request for comment.
After deliberation, Whitney tweeted that his video with Connolly would be removed, expressing support for Jerry and others owed money.
