Andy Reid’s prowess in eating matches his coaching expertise.
Fresh from playfully swiping fries, burgers, and chicken nuggets from Patrick Mahomes in a recent State Farm commercial, Chiefs coach Andy Reid is stepping into the spotlight with a new ad campaign that pays homage to the past.
Snickers has featured the two-time Super Bowl champion in an advertisement where an end zone is being painted, and Reid makes a late appearance to point out a glaring mistake.

“Hey, that’s great,” Reid says as he puts an arm around the groundskeeper, “but who are the Chefs?”
“Great googly moogly,” the worker responds, acknowledging his error.
If this advertisement feels familiar, it’s because it is.
The new Snickers spot is a modern take on a 1996 commercial in which a seasoned end zone painter forgets the “i” in “Chiefs.” Back then, no actual NFL players or coaches corrected the error. However, today’s fans expect the real deal to show up in commercials like this, so Reid gets to deliver the punchline.
Andy Reid is truly a legendary figure.
