Alex Rodriguez recently showcased his impressive physique while vacationing with his girlfriend, Jaclyn Cordeiro, on the stunning Italian island of Sardinia.
The retired MLB star was seen strolling hand-in-hand with the 44-year-old fitness coach, looking every bit the fit and happy couple.
Rodriguez sported olive green Bermuda shorts, complementing Cordeiro’s striking red bikini that highlighted her toned abs and muscles. Their beachside walk exuded a relaxed and joyful vibe, as they soaked up the sun and enjoyed each other’s company.
After their walk, the couple joined Rodriguez’s daughters, Natasha, 19, and Ella, 16, for an exhilarating boat outing on the Mediterranean Sea. The family appeared to be having a wonderful time, making the most of their vacation.
Rodriguez has credited Cordeiro with helping him achieve his remarkable physical transformation. In September 2023, he shared that he had lost more than 30 pounds by following her fitness program. “[Jac is] the only person that can come into co-parents and make us both better,” Rodriguez told Us Weekly, referring to his ex-wife Cynthia Scurtis. “Cynthia has got in incredible shape following the JacFit program, [and] I’ve lost 32 pounds following her program.”
He added, “What I love about what she’s done in JacFit and the amount of people that she’s influenced is the reaction that I see from people to her. It’s really mind-blowing.”
Rodriguez and Cordeiro first sparked romance rumors in October 2022, when they were spotted taking a stroll together on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, California. A source revealed at the time that the Fox Sports host was “enjoying spending time” with the blonde beauty.
Their relationship became Instagram-official in December 2022, with Rodriguez posting a picture of them at a holiday outing with his family, captioned, “From our hearts to yours, Merry Christmas.”
Cordeiro is the second woman Rodriguez has dated since his high-profile romance with ex-fiancée Jennifer Lopez. He also previously dated Kathryne “Kat” Padgett.
