New York Giants player Jihad Ward has taken issue with NFL player Aaron Rodgers following an episode of HBO’s ‘Hard Knocks.’
In this episode, Rodgers was allegedly seen laughing about his teammate Randall Cobb’s illegal block that led to a concussion for one of Ward’s teammates.
In response to these allegations, Rodgers fired back, clarifying the situation.
He stated, “He thought we were laughing at his teammate? That never happened, and I think he’s making s**t up. I don’t care.” Rodgers then suggested that jealousy might be the motive behind Ward’s comments, saying, “We’ve garnered a lot of attention—prior to our appearance on Hard Knocks. Then, once we were on the show, some people might be feeling a sense of jealousy. There are many who are either hopping on the bandwagon or distancing themselves.”
This exchange highlights the tension between the two players and the potential misinterpretation of events depicted on the reality TV series.
It appears that selecting the Jets for “Hard Knocks” was an ideal choice, as there is an abundance of captivating content to choose from.
