Aaron Rodgers couldn’t let this opportunity pass by without a message.
Although Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers parted ways on less than ideal terms, there’s one thing he remains passionate about in Green Bay: defeating the Chicago Bears.
In Week 1, Green Bay’s new starting quarterback and Rodgers’ former protege, Jordan Love, led the team to a resounding 38-20 victory over the Bears.
Despite his own commitments in New York, Rodgers took a moment to send a message to Love following his impressive performance.

During an appearance on the Pat McAfee Show, Rodgers disclosed the message he sent to Love after the game against the Bears:
“Congratulations on keeping the ownership,” Rodgers said.
The win marked the Packers’ ninth consecutive victory over their century-old rivals, a winning streak that dates back to 2018.
Rodgers notoriously always ribbed Bears fans by telling them he owns them. While Rodgers has moved on it seems the Packers still very much have the Bears number.
