Adams shared the snapshot on his Instagram account, providing fans with a glimpse of the reunion between the future Hall of Famers.
The New York Jets reportedly sought to acquire the All-Pro wide receiver before the trade deadline, but the Raiders were unyielding in their decision to retain him.
Having spent numerous seasons as teammates in Green Bay, Rodgers and Adams forged one of the NFL’s most formidable offensive partnerships. However, the Packers traded Adams to the Raiders after the 2021 season, followed by the 30-year-old wide receiver signing a five-year, $114 million contract extension.
A year later, Rodgers found himself traded to the Jets, officially signaling a new era in Green Bay. While the prospect of the two reuniting on the field remains uncertain, their past collaboration undeniably produced football magic. Fans can only hope for a future where they might once again join forces in the game they both excel at.
