Yankees’ powerhouse Aaron Judge may want to take a break from social media in the coming days.
The reigning American League MVP recently inked a deal with the Jordan Brand, but there’s a minor issue.
In his official announcement, Judge recreated an iconic portrait of Michael Jordan flaunting his six championship rings.

The problem? Judge has yet to win a World Series with the Yankees.
Predictably, social media trolls are having a field day, mocking Judge for showcasing a generic Jordan Brand ring in his portrait.
KFC Barstool humorously stated, “Oh my god. The Yankees will never win a World Series for the rest of Aaron Judge’s career. The Curse of the 6 Rings Portrait.”
Jared Carrabis chimed in, saying, “They set my guy Judgey up to be ridiculed with this pic. Not cool.”
Michael Schwab added, “They obviously knew Judge had no rings, so they gave him a Jordan ring. Did they anticipate this backlash?”

Despite the ribbing, Judge remains one of the most electrifying players in baseball when healthy, with unmatched talent and leadership that often carries the Yankees.
However, the Jordan Brand’s announcement and the accompanying portrait have unfortunately placed Judge in an awkward situation.
