Chris Blake Griffith, an entertainment marketing manager, has accused Stefon Diggs of drugging him and attempting to engage in non-consensual sexual activity. Griffith alleges that this incident triggered a violent retaliation in the form of an attack by Diggs’ half-brother, Darez Diggs.
According to Griffith, the attack, which took place inside a downtown Los Angeles apartment building on May 29, 2023, was meant to intimidate him into silence.
In his claim, Griffith accuses Stefon of drugging him and making unwanted sexual advances. After he rejected and escaped the situation, Griffith claims that Stefon’s half-brother, Darez, carried out a vicious elevator robbery, stealing $100,000 worth of jewelry and other property.
Griffith has since filed a lawsuit seeking damages for the stolen items and for the emotional distress he suffered as a result of the attack.

Griffith further explained that after distancing himself from Stefon, Darez, who was allegedly facing financial difficulties, sought to take advantage of the situation. Griffith claimed that Darez executed the robbery and the physical assault, stealing high-end clothing and accessories, including pieces from Griffith’s Chrome Hearts collection.
The chilling part of Griffith’s account is that he alleges the attackers had no concern for cameras or police intervention, suggesting a deeper, premeditated plot. According to Griffith, the attackers’ goal was not just theft, but possibly to kill him and erase any evidence of the alleged assault.
In response to these serious allegations, Darez Diggs has been hit with a lawsuit that includes claims of emotional distress, pain, and suffering in addition to the stolen property. Griffith asserts that video footage of the attack exists and has been circulating on social media platform X (formerly Twitter). Despite the gravity of the situation, neither Stefon nor Darez Diggs have responded publicly, and their legal teams have remained silent as well.
Griffith also took aim at Stefon’s character, referring to his alleged pattern of “breaking up happy homes” and causing turmoil in relationships. He believes that more narratives will be spun to protect Stefon and downplay the severity of the accusations, but insists that the truth will eventually come to light.
