Rashee Rice’s mother is facing serious allegations after being caught on video in what appears to be a case of package theft from a neighbor. The story, which was first reported by TMZ Sports, gained significant attention on Wednesday after they released a potentially incriminating video linked to the incident.
The footage purportedly shows Marsha Kearney, Rice’s mother, casually walking down a hallway wearing a custom Kansas City Chiefs No. 4 jersey emblazoned with “Momma-Rice” on the back.
As she passes by a neighbor’s front door, her attention seems to be drawn to a package sitting outside. In the video, she is seen holding a red party cup, and after initially walking past the package, she doubles back.
The video captures what sounds like the noise of the package being dragged along the floor with her foot. Moments later, Kearney bends down, picks up the package, and walks away.

The package in question contained two limited-edition Chappell Roan vinyl records purchased from Urban Outfitters. The neighbor reportedly tried to resolve the situation through Kearney, her son Rashee Rice, and the apartment complex’s management.
However, after unsuccessful attempts to retrieve the items, they ultimately filed a police report to escalate the matter.
The alleged theft took place just hours after the Kansas City Chiefs’ victory over the Los Angeles Chargers, a game in which Rashee Rice sustained a knee injury.
This incident follows a string of controversies involving Rice. Earlier this year, he faced accusations of assaulting a photographer and was also charged with multiple felonies in connection to a car crash in late March.
These ongoing legal and personal troubles have brought added scrutiny to the rising NFL star and his family.
