Caitlin Clark is making the most of her time off from the basketball court.
The Indiana Fever star point guard didn’t make the roster for Team USA at the Summer Olympics, so she’s opted to enjoy a relaxing vacation with some of her teammates instead.

Despite not being selected for Team USA, Clark had a gracious message for the American squad as they prepared for the Summer Olympics in Paris. After the WNBA All-Star Game in Phoenix, she spoke highly of the team’s talent and prospects.
“They’re really good. They have plenty of talent on that team. Four years prior I’m pretty sure Team WNBA beat Team USA, and they were perfectly fine in the Olympics,” she said. “If anything, it shows how good this league is. It shows how much talent is in this league and how you have to show up and prepare every single night. There’s a lot of players that aren’t even here tonight that could be here too. It just shows the amount of talent we have.”
Clark’s comments underscore her sportsmanship and respect for her peers, highlighting the depth of talent within the WNBA.
Meanwhile, the American women’s basketball team is set to begin their Olympic campaign in Paris on Monday afternoon, facing off against Japan.
As the team aims for victory, Clark’s supportive words reflect the unity and strength of women’s basketball, both on and off the court.
