Golf superstar Scottie Scheffler is fully embracing his inner tourist as he heads to Paris for the Olympic Games.
The two-time Masters champion brought along his wife Meredith and their 3-month-old son, Bennett, sharing their family adventures in the City of Light on Instagram.
In one charming photo, the Scheffler family is seen touring the famed Louvre museum, while another captures them smiling beneath an umbrella on a bridge along the Seine River.
“Made it to Paris & Bennett loved the Louvre ? #parisolympics,” Scheffler humorously captioned his post.
Scheffler’s Instagram Story further documents their Parisian experience. In one video, he showcases a woman expertly making a crêpe, captioning the post, “Crêpes in Paris are [fire].” The next slide features an assortment of pastries, including a chocolate croissant, with Scheffler noting, “…so are these.”

This trip marks Scheffler’s first Olympic Games, where he is representing the United States in golf alongside teammates Wyndham Clark, Xander Schauffele, and Collin Morikawa.
“Playing for your country is always extremely exciting, and it will be pretty surreal doing it on the Olympic stage,” Scheffler told Team USA in June. “It’s also good bragging rights for people that tell me golf is not a sport — I can say it’s an Olympic sport.”
He added, “I’m just excited to go there and experience the Olympics, see some other sports, go to the Village, see other athletes, and just be part of it all. It should be a fun, special week.”
In another Instagram Story, Scheffler shared a video with his caddie, Ted Scott, featuring the duo on the tennis courts.
“Just pretending we are Team USA tennis,” he joked.
Scheffler’s enthusiasm for the Olympic experience, combined with his tourist adventures in Paris, highlights his excitement not just for the competition, but also for the unique cultural and social opportunities the Games provide.
