Taylor Swift is all in for Team USA.
The pop superstar recently expressed her excitement to cheer on the athletes at the 2024 Olympics after her song “…Ready For It?” was featured in a promotional video for the event.
“So ready to scream at my TV cheering for these athletes,” Swift wrote on her Instagram Stories, sharing the video with her followers.
The promo, shared by NBC Olympics on Instagram, opens with a stunning shot of the illuminated Eiffel Tower in Paris, accompanied by a live version of Swift’s 2017 hit. The video features several Olympians, including Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James, discussing the significance of being an athlete and the honor of competing in the Olympics.
Midway through the clip, Swift’s powerful lyrics ring out: “Are you ready for it? / Baby, let the games begin / Let the games begin / Let the games begin.” The song continues with the lines, “In the middle of the night / In my dreams … Baby, let the games begin!”
The video concludes with a cameo from Olympian gymnast Simone Biles, who asks, “Are you guys ready for it?”

Despite being in the midst of the international leg of her sold-out Eras Tour, Swift has been vocal about her support for Team USA. Last month, she showed her support for Biles after the gymnast used “…Ready For It?” at the start of her floor routine during the second day of the 2024 US Olympic Gymnastics Trials.
“Watched this so many times and still unready. She’s ready for it tho,” Swift tweeted on June 29 in response to Biles’ performance, which featured what the commentator described as the “hardest tumbling pass in the world.”
Biles concluded her routine with a powerful segment set to Travis Scott and Beyoncé’s collaboration, “Delresto (Echoes).” Her stellar performance helped her secure first place during the first half of the women’s qualifying round.
