NBA star Angel Reese clearly had other plans in Las Vegas than watching Bronny James and the Los Angeles Lakers fall to the Boston Celtics.
When she made an early exit from her courtside seats, hand in hand with her date for the night, all eyes in Sin City were on her.
Reese attracts attention wherever she goes, thanks to her bold fashion choices, cover model status, and penchant for mingling with celebrities. One notable interaction that night was with former NBA player Sam Cassell, who greeted Reese with an extra friendly hug.

Naturally, the internet buzzed with reactions to the encounter between Cassell and Reese.
The spotlight was also on Reese when she was joined courtside by NBA Finals MVP Jaylen Brown. Brown, however, was not the one holding Reese’s hand.
Instead, she shared her courtside experience with Kysre Gondrezick, a former teammate from the Chicago Sky. Gondrezick, who was waived by the Sky early in the season, is rumored to be dating Brown, making Reese the “third wheel” for much of the night.
Reese and Gondrezick have maintained a close relationship since their brief stint as teammates. Their reunion in Las Vegas for the NBA Summer League game was a joyous one, with Reese posting an Instagram story captioned “I missed youuuu ughhhh,” featuring a video of Gondrezick blowing her a kiss.
With the WNBA taking a break for the 2024 Olympic Games, Reese will have ample opportunities to make the most of her free time. Known for her mantra to “make the most of her 24 hours,” as she famously declared during her Met Gala appearance in preseason, Reese is sure to stay in the public eye.
During this break, Reese will also feature in the WNBA All-Star Game, where she will team up with her rookie rival Caitlin Clark. The WNBA All-Stars are set to face the USA Olympic Basketball team in a thrilling new format on Saturday, July 20. This event promises to be another highlight in Reese’s already illustrious career.
