Jared Goff and Christen Harper’s love story began on a dating app, an unexpected start that blossomed into a lifelong commitment.
Their relationship, which captured public attention, culminated in a significant milestone in 2022 when Harper, named Sports Illustrated Swimsuit’s Rookie of the Year, got engaged to the Detroit Lions quarterback.
In a private ceremony in California last month, Jared Goff married his longtime girlfriend, Christen Harper.
The newlyweds then jetted off to Saint Tropez to attend the lavish wedding of former Michigan Wolverines quarterback Wilton Speight. The romantic escapade continued as the couple embarked on their honeymoon. Harper shared enchanting photos from Hydra, a picturesque island in Greece, including a striking image of herself in a polka-dot dress exploring the scenic locale.
Among the highlights of their honeymoon, Harper posted a sizzling photo of herself in a multi-colored two-piece bikini, standing on a boat and holding what appeared to be a glass of champagne. The image captured the essence of their celebratory and luxurious getaway.

Detroit Lions Secure Jared Goff with a Long-Term Contract
In May, the Detroit Lions made a significant commitment to Jared Goff by signing him to a contract extension through the 2028 season. According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Lions offered Goff a four-year, $212 million extension, making it the richest deal in the team’s history, with $170 million guaranteed.
Goff’s journey with the Lions began after a trade from the Rams, and his first season saw the team struggle with a 3–13-1 record.
However, Goff rebounded impressively last season, completing 67.3% of his passes for 4,575 yards and 30 touchdowns, alongside 12 interceptions. His stellar performance led the Lions to a 12–5 record and their first playoff win in 32 years, defeating the Los Angeles Rams in the wild-card playoff round.
As Goff continues to thrive professionally and enjoy a fulfilling personal life with Harper, their story is a testament to love, resilience, and the pursuit of excellence both on and off the field.
