Social Media Goes Wild With Claims That Second Overall NBA Draft Pick Alexandre Sarr Looks Like Caitlin Clark

Well, this is a strange one.

Frenchman Alexandre Sarr was selected second overall by the Washington Wizards in the 2024 NBA Draft on Thursday night.

While the Wizards hope that they have found the next great basketball prospect out of France, social media had a much different focus with claims that Sarr resembled Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark.

This one is certainly in the Jay-Z looking like Troy Aikman class of doppelgangers, but we can somewhat see the resemblance.

What the Wizards do hope for is that Sarr resembles Caitlin Clark on the basketball court as one of the league’s weakest teams in 2024 will need him to be a star in order to contend in the future.

The Bordeaux, France native played in Australia last season for the Perth Wildcats.
