Jake Paul’s outward confidence about his upcoming bout with Mike Tyson might not be as solid as it appears.
As the fight draws nearer, scheduled now for November 15th after being delayed due to Tyson’s health issues, Paul has been vocal about his intentions in the ring, claiming he will knock out Tyson in a dramatic showdown.
“They say he’s the baddest man on the planet, so let’s find out. Apparently, he’s the final boss… I love the biggest challenges in the world. That’s what’s made my entire career: taking big risks. I want the toughest guy out there. I want the biggest fights, and making history is what I’ve done my entire career. And this is no different. Netflix, Mike Tyson. It doesn’t get any bigger than this,” Paul stated confidently.
He further promised, “What I promise to the people is Mike will be put to sleep and he will feel my power and I will go down as the man who put Tyson to sleep for the last time.”
However, a recent event involving Jake’s brother, Logan, might suggest that Paul’s confidence could be partly for show. Logan conducted a lie detector test on Jake to see if he truly believes he can defeat Tyson.
According to the test results, Jake Paul failed the question regarding his belief in his ability to win against Tyson, casting doubt on his conviction.

This revelation adds an intriguing layer to the pre-fight narrative, as fans and critics alike speculate on Paul’s true feelings about facing such a formidable opponent.
With the fight postponed to November due to Tyson’s health condition—specifically an ulcer flare-up—the anticipation continues to build.
Whether Paul can indeed fulfill his bold promise to knock out Tyson remains to be seen.
