The Chicago Sky’s Angel Reese recorded her first WNBA block in Tuesday night’s loss to the New York Liberty in Chicago.
She also recorded her first career ejection.
This is what went down on Tuesday night:
Reese picked up her fifth foul of the game and had some choice words for the referees.
While it’s unknown what Reese said to the ref, her frustration was evident throughout the game.
She finished the 88-75 loss with 13 points and 10 rebounds.
Reese has been dominant on the glass and is averaging over nine rebounds per game, with nearly six of those being on the offensive end.
Chicago Bulls star Lonzo Ball wasn’t a fan of the “weak” ejection from the official and made a generous offer to Reese on X.
Ref that threw out @Reese10Angel is weak btw… You know who you are (Keep ya money Angel I got you)
It’s been a stressful couple of days for Reese, but at least she knows that Lonzo Ball has her back.
