Patrick Regan, the barber and close friend of Chiefs star Travis Kelce, recently shared his hopes for Kelce to propose to his girlfriend, pop superstar Taylor Swift, envisioning that their wedding would be a fun event.
Speaking on the Day Off Podcast, Regan, who also styles UFC fighter Kamaru Usman’s hair, discussed his long-standing friendship with Kelce and his experiences getting to know Swift over the past season.

When asked about the potential wedding, Regan responded with optimism, saying,
“Hopefully soon. That would be fun.”
The celebrity barber did, however, note that the couple has yet to “announce” anything.
Regan also gave some insight into what it has been like getting to know the “Cruel Summer” singer on a personal level.
“It’s like kind of cool to see because I know her as a person now,” he explained. “She’s just a really nice person like, it’s just, she’s very interested in what you’re saying, she doesn’t act like the most famous celebrity in the world, you know.”
He described Swift as a genuine and attentive person, noting that she doesn’t act like the world’s most famous celebrity. Regan praised her as a good girlfriend to Kelce and expressed happiness for their relationship.
Regan also mentioned the increased security around Kelce since his relationship with Swift began, which prompted Regan to move from Florida to Kansas City to stay closer to his friend.
He reminisced about their past routines, recalling how he used to stay at Kelce’s house every weekend, a practice that has changed somewhat with the new dynamics of Kelce’s high-profile romance.
Before the Chiefs’ Super Bowl victory in February, Regan revealed that Swift often watched him cut Kelce’s hair in Kansas City and admired Kelce’s signature trim.
Their friendship began six years ago when Kelce contacted Regan via Instagram for a haircut while training in Florida. Since then, Regan has been styling Kelce’s hair weekly during the NFL season.
