Brittany Mahomes is celebrating her full recovery nearly three months after suffering a fractured back.
“I’m doing great,” the 28-year-old personal trainer shared with E! News on Friday. “I’m living my best life. My back is no longer broken, so that’s good.”
Now fully healed, Mahomes is enthusiastic about returning to her regular activities, including gym workouts and caring actively for her two young children, Sterling, 3, and Bronze, 1. “I’m back to doing the things that I’ve always been able to do,” she said. Her commitment to staying active and healthy is a priority, especially for her family and pets.
The injury occurred around the time her husband, Patrick Mahomes, was wrapping up an intense NFL season. She hinted at the injury in March on her Instagram Stories, advising her followers to take care of their pelvic floor after childbirth.
Despite the injury, Brittany appeared to be in good spirits during the 2024 Super Bowl and the subsequent Chiefs parade a few weeks earlier.
With her recovery behind her, Brittany is looking forward to summer travels. She and Patrick Mahomes are set to join friends Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce in Monaco this weekend to attend the Grand Prix. The trip coincides with Swift’s tour dates in Portugal, but the group plans to reunite for the race on Sunday.

Patrick and Travis, who are investors in the Alpine Formula One team, have long anticipated attending the glamorous Monaco Grand Prix. “They decided to take their ladies there, as they want to share this experience with them, to be there for one of the most exciting and chic sports events in the world,” a source revealed to the US Sun.
Brittany and Taylor Swift became close after Swift started dating Kelce last summer.
Interestingly, Patrick Mahomes credits himself for sparking the romance between Kelce and Swift. On a recent episode of “The Pat McAfee Show,” Patrick recounted how he invited Kelce to Swift’s July 2023 concert, which led to their connection. “I like to take some of the credit; I was the one who invited Travis to his first Taylor concert,” he explained. Patrick also played a role in the memorable friendship bracelet incident, encouraging Kelce to “just go for it.”
Patrick concluded, “And you know Travis, man. He does it, and he’s a great dude, and I’m glad it’s all worked out for the best.”
