Los Angeles Rams star Cooper Kupp mentioned that the Los Angeles Rams are open to a potential Aaron Donald comeback—and they’re keeping his locker ready just in case.
Speaking to Bridget Condon of NFL Network on Tuesday, Kupp said the team is keeping Donald’s locker open and available “if he ever wants to come back.”

NEWS: The Los Angeles #Rams still have Aaron Donald’s locker up and ready if he ever wants to come back, says Cooper Kupp.
Kupp also joked about continuing to make “backhanded comments in the media” since Donald would be “more than welcome” in the clubhouse if he decided to return.
Donald retired this offseason, but it’s no surprise that Kupp and the Rams would love to have him back.
Donald is one of the best defensive players in NFL history, boasting a resume that includes a Super Bowl title, three Defensive Player of the Year awards, a Defensive Rookie of the Year, 10 Pro Bowl selections, and eight First-Team All-Pro nods.
Despite his retirement, Donald remained effective last season, earning Pro Bowl and First-Team All-Pro honors with eight sacks.
As he approaches his 33rd birthday, it’s possible Donald might feel the urge to return as the season draws closer.
If he does, the Rams will undoubtedly welcome him back with open arms.
