Jordyn Woods couldn’t hide her excitement and pride for her boyfriend, Karl-Anthony Towns, following his monumental victory with the Minnesota Timberwolves on Sunday.
The team secured their spot in the Western Conference Finals with a thrilling 98-90 comeback win against the Denver Nuggets in Game 7.
Celebrating the moment on Instagram, Woods shared touching photos of herself and Towns embracing post-game in the corridors of Denver’s Ball Arena. Alongside the images, she posted a playful note on her Instagram Story featuring a Denver altitude warning sign, captioning it “Goodbye Denver” with a tearful smiley face.

In a heartfelt tribute, the 26-year-old model expressed her admiration for Towns, the 28-year-old NBA All-Star. “Western Conference Finals!!! Are you kidding me!?!? Couldn’t be happier for this team and most importantly Karl,” she wrote. “He has overcome so much adversity to get to this point in his career, let alone knee surgery earlier this season. I am so proud and in awe of him. This is your moment!”
Woods, who sported custom stilettos emblazoned with the Wolves’ logo and Towns’ No. 32 at Sunday’s game, also highlighted a lighter moment by sharing a photo from Towns and teammate Anthony Edwards’ humorous and now-viral post-game press conference.
The couple, who celebrated four years together in May, turned their long-standing friendship into a romantic relationship during the COVID-19 pandemic. Woods has been a steadfast support for Towns, particularly through the challenging times following the loss of seven family members to COVID-19, including his mother, Jacqueline Towns, in April 2020.
Towns played an integral role in Sunday’s decisive game, contributing 23 points, 12 rebounds, and two assists as he continues his quest for his first NBA championship.
The Timberwolves are set to take on the Dallas Mavericks in the Western Conference Finals, with Game 1 scheduled for Wednesday in Minneapolis.
