NFL superstar Tyreek Hill is demanding medical evidence from plus-size influencer Sophie Hall, who claims he broke her leg during a backyard football lesson.
Sophie Hall is suing the speedy wide receiver, alleging that he charged at her with such ‘crushing force’ that he fractured her right leg and left her needing reconstructive surgery. Hill’s lawyers are requesting notes and reports from every doctor or hospital that treated Hall’s injuries and any documents that suggest the five-time All-Pro was responsible.
They also want the OnlyFans model to hand over her tax returns and any messages or emails she exchanged with her sister after the June 2023 incident with Hill, 30.
These demands form part of a comprehensive production request filed Monday in Broward County, Florida, where Hall is claiming damages in excess of $50,000 for negligence, battery, and assault.

Following the incident, Hall posted pictures of her leg in a cast, her X-rays, and videos of herself using a wheelchair on social media, where she has more than two million followers. Hill’s lawyers, however, argue that Hall hurt herself tripping over a dog and are seeking all her medical records covering both the incident and the ten years prior.
Their 35-point request includes ‘all documents supporting plaintiff’s contention that defendants were the direct and proximate cause of the injuries described in the plaintiff’s complaint.’ The list also demands any photographs, videos, social media posts, comments, and private messages, including deleted ones, discussing either the incident or Hill.

Hill had an impressive 2023 season, finishing with an NFL-leading 1,799 receiving yards and 13 touchdowns before Miami lost to the Kansas City Chiefs, his former team, in the AFC Wild Card Game.
Off the field, Hill faced several controversies, including a major house fire, an alleged altercation caught on CCTV, and multiple lawsuits, including Hall’s.
Hall’s complaint states that Hill began sending her ‘flirtatious’ Instagram messages a day after she enrolled her ten-year-old son in the Tyreek Hill Football Camp in May 2023. Hill flew her to Florida on June 28 and invited her to his luxurious home, which boasts a spa, putting green, NBA regulation basketball court, and a turf football field.
British-born Hall, who had never played football before, joined Hill for practice drills to learn more about the offensive lineman position her son plays. She claims she ’caused Hill to be pushed backward, garnering laughter from witnesses present, including the defendant’s mother, sister, friend, and trainer.’ Allegedly embarrassed, Hill’s attitude changed, and he became angry.
The suit adds that Hill instructed Hall to play offense while he became a defensive pass rusher, charging into her with great force, causing her significant injuries and requiring surgery with metal hardware implantation.
Hall, who is three inches taller than Hill, says he ‘downplayed’ her injury, offering her ice and a bed to lay in. After being in pain for days, she was diagnosed with a right leg fracture that required surgery and ongoing physical therapy.
Hill’s attorney, Julius Collins, stated that Hall’s injuries were already being addressed by a pending insurance claim and that his client had done nothing wrong. Collins claimed Hall fell over a dog during drills with Hill and sustained the alleged injuries at that time.
Hill’s football career has been marred by controversies, including a 2015 incident where he was kicked off the Oklahoma State team for choking his then-fiancée, Crystal Espinal, while she was pregnant. In 2019, he was suspended by the Chiefs over alleged child abuse but was reinstated after a district attorney found insufficient evidence.
Despite these issues, the Chiefs signed Hill to a three-year, $54 million extension before he played a crucial role in their Super Bowl LIV victory. Hill joined Miami in 2022 in a blockbuster trade and signed a record-breaking four-year, $120 million extension.
Hill has also faced other legal disputes, including allegations from former flames Brittany Lackner and Kimberly Baker, claiming he fathered their children. He married his on-again, off-again fiancée Keeta Vaccaro in November but filed for divorce two months later, only to declare it was an error and fire his legal team for submitting the paperwork without authorization.
On January 3, a fire tore through Hill’s seven-bedroom mansion, causing an estimated $2.3 million in damage. Authorities said it was sparked by a child playing with a lighter.
