We need authenticity to show the true self, and I aim to help people see that and cope with their traumas.”
Brown also addressed his previous online interactions with WNBA rookie Caitlin Clark, asking rhetorically whether he was trolling or simply bringing her attention. Whitlock pointed out that Brown’s actions had initially seemed negative, but Brown insisted he genuinely likes Clark and admires her talent. He explained that he attended one of Clark’s games to show his support and stated, “We love Caitlin Clark. There’s no drama here. I’m excited for what she’s going to do for women’s basketball.”
