Flair took to social media to express his displeasure after he was asked to leave the restaurant.
According to Flair, the incident occurred over a disagreement with a kitchen manager who he felt spent too long in the restroom.

The incident reportedly happened during a family celebration for a graduation, where Flair claimed to have spent $1,500 and interacted kindly with other patrons and staff. Further attempts to contact area management were made, but no response was received at the time of the report.

On the same day, Flair shared a happier moment from his visit on Instagram, celebrating graduation: “In Gainesville at Graduation! The family that continues to grow! Congratulations Paris and Summer! WOOOOO!”
The restaurant’s co-owner, Jerry Roberts, later addressed the incident in a statement to The Gainesville Sun, affirming the staff’s professionalism: “We have reviewed video of the incident that took place recently at our restaurant. It is clear, our team worked in a professional manner to ensure the safety of guests and staff. We have thanked our team for their professionalism. We are proud of how they responded to this situation using and displaying our team values.”
