Actress Bridget Moynahan posted a cryptic message about “loyal people” on social media shortly after her ex-boyfriend, NFL legend Tom Brady, became the target of a roast on Netflix.
One of the topics of the jokes centered around the well-known breakup between Brady and Moynahan.
She re-shared a message which reads, “Loyal people take s**t more personal because they never would’ve done that s**t to you.”
In the caption, Moynahan added, “so true.”
It comes after Sunday evening’s Netflix special, “The Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady,” the seven-time Super Bowl winner found himself at the receiving end of merciless mockery regarding his personal life.
Comedian Nikki Glaser was the one who started the jokes about Brady and Moynahan’s break-up.
“But seriously, Tom, you’re the best to ever play for too long. You retired, then you came back and then you retired again, I get it, it’s hard to walk away from something that’s not your pregnant girlfriend it’s tough.”
Brady and Moynahan began dating in 2004 and split in 2006.
They co-parent their 16-year-old son, Jack, together.
