Of course, the question on everybody’s mind is what does the future hold for the 39-year-old LeBron James.
The NBA’s all-time leading points scorer addressed his basketball future following the game, stating that he doesn’t know his future NBA plans.
“LeBron James says he doesn’t know his plans for his NBA future. He is currently focused on his family and then after that, USA Basketball training camp.”
LeBron was also asked if this was his last game with the Lakers.
After a long pause, James answered the question.
“LeBron on if that was his last game as a Laker: “I’m not gonna answer that. I appreciate it.””
It’s definitely going to be an interesting offseason for the Lakers as head coach Darvin Ham could very well be on the way out after losing 8 of the last 9 playoff games against the Nuggets since he took over as Lakers head coach.
Nikola Jokic and the Nuggets will match-up with the Minnesota Timberwolves next round in what will be a highly anticipated series.
