Boston Celtics fans were concerned when Kristaps Porzingis left Monday night’s Game 4 playoff victory over the Miami Heat with a lower body, non-contact injury.
Porzingis appeared frustrated as he headed back to the locker room.
Fans speculated the worst, but Porzingis provided an update on social media which seems to indicate that he’s all good.
“good W tonight. DWhite is special!! Thanks for all the support, will be good”

Well, that’s certainly a positive post from the 7’4″ Porzingis.
With a 3-1 lead over the Miami Heat right now, the Celtics are currently the overwhelming favorites to win the Eastern Conference.
That is unlikely to change assuming Porzingis’ injury doesn’t keep him out for an extended period of time.
If Porzingis is unable to go, veteran Al Horford will step in to start for the Celtics.
Assuming the Celtics do close out the Heat, they will take on the winner of Cleveland Cavaliers and Orlando Magic series in the second round.
That series is currently tied at 2-2.
