The Phoenix Suns were eliminated from the NBA Playoffs after a 122-116 loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves at the Footprint Center in Phoenix, Arizona, on Sunday night.
Suns star Bradley Beal had a particularly tough game, shooting only 4-for-13, committing six turnovers, and fouling out late in the fourth quarter.
A tense moment between Beal and Suns coach Frank Vogel was captured during the game. As Beal was substituted out with 5:52 left in the third quarter, Vogel extended his hand for a high-five as Beal approached the bench.
However, Beal seemed to ignore Vogel’s gesture and continued to the bench without acknowledgment, a moment that did not go unnoticed on the TNT broadcast.

This interaction, or lack thereof, did not sit well with NBA fans, who criticized Beal for apparently snubbing his coach.
Beal’s performance culminated in just nine points over 31 minutes of play, capping a disappointing night for him and the Suns.
