What can’t Travis Kelce do?
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end and boyfriend of Taylor Swift has been confirmed as the host of the new game show, “Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity?”
The show will be available on Amazon Prime and feature a 20-episode season.
The show is a spin-off from the popular game show, “Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?”
“I grew up loving game shows, and I’m excited to be following in the footsteps of so many TV icons by hosting my very first one with “Are you Smarter than a Celebrity?”,” Kelce said. “The original show is a great success, so to be bringing a new format with everyone’s favorite celebrities to the screen, will definitely be entertaining. I’m just happy to be on the hosting side of the equation here and excited to see how these famous faces keep up.”
The format of the game show seems simple enough.
Contestants try to answer 11 grade-school-level questions while being allowed to call on assistance from celebrities.

If a contestant makes it to the final question and gets it right then they will take home $100,000
Kelce is a busy man as he juggles his NFL playing career with his other ambitions outside of football and of course, supporting his girlfriend Taylor Swift.
Kelce and his brother, former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce, host their “New Heights” podcast weekly and just hosted their first live show at the University of Cincinnati last week which is both of their alma maters.
There is also plenty of intrigue around how Travis will go about balancing his support of Swift as she embarks on her international “Eras Tour” and his commitment to the Kansas City Chiefs this summer.
We have a feeling none of that will get in the way of Kelce trying to help the Chiefs take home their third Super Bowl championship in as many years this year.
