During Jason Kelce’s emotional retirement press conference on Monday, keen-eyed fans spotted a subtle nod to Taylor Swift from his brother, Travis Kelce, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end.
While the event was filled with heartfelt moments for the Kelce family, including tears shed by both brothers, Swifties couldn’t help but notice Travis wearing friendship bracelets. Some also pointed out that his attire seemed to match the color scheme of Taylor Swift’s latest album, “The Tortured Poets Department.”

Friendship bracelets hold significance in the Swift fandom, often exchanged at her concerts. Travis Kelce famously revealed his attempt to pass one to Swift with his number at one of her shows before they became involved romantically. Their relationship might not have blossomed if he hadn’t made that initial gesture.
Meanwhile, Taylor Swift is currently in Singapore for her Eras Tour, while Travis Kelce showed his support by traveling to Australia to be with her after winning the Super Bowl. He then returned to Las Vegas to celebrate with Patrick Mahomes.
