Sauce Gardner finds himself in an unsettling situation. Over the weekend, the standout cornerback for the New York Jets disclosed on X that his Snapchat account had been hacked.
Expressing his dismay, Gardner revealed, “Welp.. Somebody just dm’d me sending pictures from my snap when I was in college. GGs. People be so weird around the world lol. Some of y’all really need help.”
While Gardner expressed a lack of concern about the hacking itself, he expressed worry about the memories stored in his account that he may not recall.

Furthermore, it appears that some of Gardner’s pictures have been leaked, adding to the distress of the situation.
Despite the off-field ordeal, the 23-year-old had an exceptional year with the Jets in 2023, amassing 57 tackles, 11 passes defended, and a forced fumble. Notably, he was the 2022 Defensive Rookie of the Year and boasted impressive statistics, including the “second-best coverage grade (90.8) at the position” and ranking first in preventing separation on all routes, according to PFF.
Garnering recognition as a Pro Bowler and first-team All-Pro for the second consecutive year, Gardner’s stellar performance remains undeniable. With a rejuvenated Aaron Rodgers leading the team, the Jets are optimistic about their prospects for a successful 2024 season.
