Wham, Bam, Cam!
On Sunday, a video depicting Cam Newton engaging with assailants during a scuffle gained widespread attention online. The former NFL MVP was stationed in front of a tent promoting “WBS,” an online football apparel brand representing We Ball Sports.
In the footage, Newton is seen fending off approximately three individuals before being blindsided by another attacker from the side. Despite the surprise blow, Newton swiftly dislodged one assailant, ensnared another in a headlock, and managed to create distance from most of his aggressors before bystanders intervened to de-escalate the situation.
Notably, Newton refrained from throwing any punches during the altercation, a fact highlighted by the viral clip.
