NHL player Adam Ruzicka found himself caught in 4k, as the saying goes.
The Arizona Coyotes have taken action against forward Adam Ruzicka, placing him on waivers for contract termination following a controversial incident.
The decision stems from Ruzicka’s appearance on Instagram Live, where he was allegedly seen using what appeared to be an illegal substance. The video gained attention after being shared on Twitter by Andy & Rono, leading to further discussion among top hockey insiders.

Ruzicka, who has played three games for the Coyotes this season without recording any points, joined the team last month after being claimed off waivers. Previously, he was with the Calgary Flames, who waived him in late January after a lackluster performance of three goals and nine points in 39 games.
The forward, originally drafted by the Flames in the fourth round of the 2017 NHL Draft, has accumulated 14 goals and 40 points in 117 career NHL games. Additionally, he boasts 68 points in 98 AHL games.
The Coyotes released a statement confirming Ruzicka’s placement on unconditional waivers for contract termination, indicating that the club would not provide further comment on the matter at this time.
