Brock Purdy is making strides in his career, and his latest accomplishment involves securing a national endorsement deal with Toyota, a partnership reported by sports business reporter Darren Rovell.
Notably, Purdy becomes the first active NFL player to enter into an agreement with Toyota since the official vehicle sponsorship deal was inked in October.
This collaboration follows Purdy’s earlier association with the company on a local scale when he launched the “Tackle Anything” ad campaign in partnership with Northern California Toyota Dealers in September. Even after this newfound success, the 24-year-old quarterback remains loyal to his Toyota Sequoia SUV.

Purdy’s journey aligns seamlessly with Toyota’s slogan, “Let’s go places,” given the remarkable places he has already reached in his career. Within just two years of being the final pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, Purdy has led the 49ers to the Super Bowl.
His achievements include being selected for the Pro Bowl and landing among the five MVP finalists for the 2023 NFL season, boasting impressive stats with 4,280 passing yards and 31 touchdowns.
Despite his “Mr. Irrelevant” draft-day label, Purdy’s on-field performance surpasses expectations, and so does his paycheck. With an average annual salary of $934,252 from a four-year, $3.7 million deal, according to Spotrac, Purdy continues to prove his worth.
This national endorsement deal with Toyota is not Purdy’s first foray into partnerships. He has previously collaborated with Alaska Airlines, offering priority boarding to passengers wearing his jersey, and with Buffalo Wild Wings, where he served “Purdy Great Burgers” during the NFL draft.
Not so irrelevant anymore.
